A Space to Belong. A Place to Grow. Empowered by Connection.

Therapist in Raleigh, NC

Sydney Jasper is a therapist in Raleigh, NC who believes that every young person deserves a safe space to feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults (ages 4–23). With dual master’s degrees (MSEd, MPhilEd) from the University of Pennsylvania, Sydney combines rigorous clinical training with a deeply compassionate, client-centered approach.

She is passionate about helping young people build resilience and reconnect with their strengths. Sydney works with young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, intense emotions, anxiety, or burnout—offering a space where they don’t have to have it all figured out. Her goal is to help clients build clarity, confidence, and momentum in a collaborative, non-judgmental environment.

For caregivers, Sydney understands how overwhelming it can be to watch a child struggle—whether they’re shutting down, acting out, or simply feeling stuck. She offers practical tools and insight to help parents better understand their child’s emotional needs and feel more equipped to support them. She also partners closely with schools and allied professionals to ensure each child receives consistent, coordinated care across environments.

Her therapeutic style is authentic, collaborative, and compassionate, and she tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients. Sydney integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy for younger children. Whether working with kids, teens, or young adults, she brings empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for the therapeutic process.

Outside of her work as a therapist in Raleigh, NC Sydney is a proud dog mom who balances life with fitness, outdoor activities, good books, and loud football games (Go Birds!).

My Philosophy

It takes a village to raise a child— in my office, you have that village. Here, your child matters. You matter. If I can help even one young person feel truly supported and one parent feel a little less overwhelmed, then I know I’ve done my job.
